### Data Table Attribution Improvements for Marketers

**Description:** We have made 4 big improvements to our attribution model in Data tables:

1. Increased the group-by property limit from 10 to 20 to support more complex analyses.
2. Separated pruned values into their own group to prevent filtering from altering results.
3. Improved the time resolution from a 12-hour window to 1 millisecond, ensuring property value changes were captured accurately.
4. Refined attribution semantics so that only top-level properties applied attribution, preventing misaligned properties from different events.
