### Guides and Surveys - Slack Alerts

**Description:** Set up survey alerts to send survey responses directly to slack channels. Users can filter survey responses either by the *Project*, *By Tag*, or *By Survey*, making it easy to map specific survey types to certain slack channels.

**Why:** Alerts can increase visibility of customer feedback, build team excitement, and identify critical feedback as it happens.

**Where:** Alerts entry point under the *Create survey* button on the Surveys page
