# Improved Themes Preview UX for Guides and Surveys

When building guides and surveys, the web preview will now show their published theme instead of their draft theme. Additionally, users can preview specific guides or surveys while editing a theme.

### Improved Themes Preview UX for Guides and Surveys

**Description:** • When building guides and surveys, the web preview will now show their *published* theme in previews (instead of their *draft* theme) • When editing a theme, you can now preview specific guide/surveys (as opposed to viewing all GS widgets)

**Why:** Customers have been confused on why they see different theme UI when building their guide on web (\~admin view) vs in-app preview (\~user view). These changes limit viewing draft themes to the actual themes pages while still making it easy to preview a theme against any specific guides/surveys.
