Managing billions of rows of data daily is no small feat. For one global automotive leader, this complexity slowed down decision-making, created bottlenecks in analytics workflows, and made it challenging for teams to get the insights they needed—when they needed them.

With nearly 90% of the company’s analytics projects under the purview of a single analytics lead, the company needed a scalable approach to manage its vast data ecosystem effectively. The goal was clear: streamline analytics operations, improve data accessibility, and empower teams across the organization.

Overcoming complexity at scale

Data silos and inefficiencies made it difficult for product managers and engineers to leverage analytics to their full potential. The company’s analytics lead took on the ambitious task of overhauling their data pipelines, ensuring they were optimized for visualization and decision-making.
