Today, we’re excited to share that Amplitude AI Agents are now part of the new AI Agents & Tools category on AWS Marketplace. This is an important step forward in our work with AWS, making it even easier for product, marketing, and data teams to tap into intelligent, always-on analytics and move from insight to impact with less friction.

What are Amplitude AI Agents?

Unlike generic copilots, Amplitude AI Agents are outcome-driven and context-aware experts that work around the clock to improve conversion, onboarding, feature adoption, and monetization. They leverage Amplitude’s behavioral graph and digital analytics infrastructure to drive impact, support autonomous workflows (with user control), and tightly integrate into how teams build and ship products and campaigns.

By integrating with AWS services like Amazon Bedrock, these agents can now leverage advanced machine learning models to provide real-time, proactive insights.

With the availability of AI Agents & Tools in AWS Marketplace, customers can significantly accelerate their procurement process to drive AI innovation and reduce the time needed for vendor evaluations and complex negotiations. Customers can also maintain visibility and control over licensing, payments, and access through AWS thanks to centralized purchasing.

Getting to growth on-demand

Amplitude AI Agents solve a pressing challenge: how to move from insight to impact across an organization without sacrificing accuracy or agility.

The agents don’t rely on static dashboards, but pull data directly from across your account in Amplitude—leveraging your behavioral data, session replays, experiments and guides and surveys. This allows them to detect subtle patterns in user behavior and identify anomalies. Traditional tools surface what’s already being asked, but Amplitude AI Agents surface what should be asked (but isn’t always) based on continuous, contextual observation.

What’s more, Amplitude AI Agents act on these insights to derive the best outcomes by forming hypotheses, testing them in real-time, and activating updates (for example by injecting custom HTML or Javascript to deploy a guide or make changes to a web page) to allow users to fully engage with your products and campaigns. 

This makes agents indispensable to all teams looking to scale growth, as agents can help tackle a wide array of task-specific growth goals from conversion rate optimization to improving onboarding and more while working 24/7 behind the scenes.
